Carrot: Streaking t-shirt

I feel like I should definitely know where this image is from because it's so ridiculous that it belongs in my repertoire of random references, but unfortunately my rolodex of ridicule is coming up empty. Regardless, this black and white capture of a streaking bow-tied gentleman with a guitar case in hand, is topped off with lyrics from Bad Religion's "Hooray", which can double as good general life advice: "Can you imagine for a second doing anything just cuz you want to, well, that's just what I do so hooray for me."
