I'm a big fan of fonts and lettering, so you can imagine what a graphic like this did to me. Trust me, it wasn't pretty. A crazy 5-color print featuring stacked letters that spell out BEAUTIFUL DECAY, with each letter getting its own unique treatment and rendition. Designed by SICKSYSTEMS and printed on a soft black t-shirt. by Beautiful/Decay

For those of you that don't know, Beautiful Decay switched up (and in our opinion, improved) their format from a newsstand magazine to an amazing 150+ page book released quarterly with all art and zero advertising. I'm really digging this new look, as it really allows them to get creative and do things out of the bounds of regular magazines. Only 1500 are printed of each issue and they are all numbered on the back. This is their second book so far and the artists of "Book 2: What a Mess!" all interpret the idea of "messiness" whether through disorganized methods of displaying work, or rough hewn aesthetics. Others take a conceptually "messy" approach, creating works that cause public outrage, or manipulate typically taboo imagery or themes. by Beautiful/Decay

Craptical's Ryan Riss uses his tripped-out hand drawn technique to conjure up a hallucinogenic graphic for Beautiful Decay's artist series tees. Looks like this B/D bandana rocking space cowboy went all melty face in Ryan's familiar gooey drip styles. Small Beautiful Decay logo on the top upper back of the tee. Printed on a soft, white t-shirt. by Beautiful Decay

This hand-drawn, Guns n' Roses inspired graphic from Beautiful Decay's artist series comes to you courtesy of Spain's YAIAGIFT who flip the classic logo, dropping the pistols and replacing them with bike handle bars. The small inside quote also takes inspiration from GNR reading, "You're in the jungle, baby! You're gonna ride!!". by Beautiful Decay

If I knew how to draw and I was the creative director at an L.A.-based Postcard company, this is what most of my creations would look like. Ben Tegel's hand-drawn, top-heavy Angeleno rocks her bling against a gold background and is framed about the hospitable words "Greetings from Los Angeles". Don't this make you want to come visit? by Beautiful Decay
